The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for creating menu items, planning and directing food preparation, and overseeing kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of different cuisines and cooking techniques.
They should also be proficient in kitchen management and staff training.

Requirements
1. Develop and plan menus and daily specials
2. Ensure food quality and freshness and oversee the preparation and cooking
3. Manage kitchen staff by recruiting, training, scheduling, and mentoring
4. Control inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment, making necessary orders
5. Coordinate and supervise the work of the kitchen staff to ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment
6. Handle food-related concerns, customer complaints, and queries about the menu
7. Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen
8. Monitor the budget and make necessary changes to remain cost-effective
9. Present dishes to customers on request and for promotional purposes
10. Stay current on culinary trends and techniques and incorporate them into menu offerings
11. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
12. Previous working experience within a luxury destination
