The Role

As a Sales Manager at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success in our Core and Strategic accounts, where you will create Kyndryl's unique and compelling propositions tailored to meet market demands and customer requirements. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions. Your exceptional skills in deal crafting will be put to the test as you define winning propositions and lead the end-to-end response for complex deals.

Intesa, a company belonging to the Kyndryl Group, as part of its path of growth and positioning as a pole of innovation and digital transformation for the business, is looking for a Sales Manager profile with an in-depth knowledge of companies operating in the production and/or distribution of goods sectors, with which it already has active relationships and is interested in developing new ones.
Profiles that have worked as suppliers on digital transformation projects aimed, in particular, at the production and/or distribution of goods sector will be considered and evaluated.
You are looking for a solid value base (fairness and clarity), with entrepreneurial skills in carrying out your work, able to manage the assigned customer set and prospect customer development, building relationships with senior figures and customer decision makers, both in local market and multinational contexts.

Experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) will be positively valued.

* Develop Intesa's presence in the production and distribution of goods sectors, in alignment with the assigned objectives, through the development and management of Customers towards whom you will be the main interlocutor at various levels.

* Identify the manifest and latent needs of the players in the reference sector with appropriate addressing of needs towards the most correct design and technological solutions.

* Manage commercial negotiations and the end-to-end sales process.

Responsibilities

* Ensuring the achievement of the company objectives assigned to the relevant sales department (signing, revenue and gross profit).

* Generate new sales opportunities by taking care of the entire sales cycle and interaction with pre-sales/post-sales structures and technical areas.

* Drafting offers and contracts according to company standards, taking care of administrative and regulatory aspects and constantly supervising the orders to be activated.

* Manage with transparency and clarity the flow of information on ongoing negotiations, with one's own manager and with the management, through the use and constant updating of company information tools.

* Propose evolutions of the company's offering to favor the improvement of services and the development of innovative solutions to better serve customers.

Location: Smart Working contract and garrison territory Triveneto / Emilia Romagna / Lombardy East

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* High School Diploma and/or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar.

* · At least 5 years' experience in selling IT services, particularly with EDI, and knowledge of the manufacturing, large-scale distribution and retail sectors;

* Domicile in the Triveneto / Emilia Romagna / East Lombardy area;

* Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2, C1 recommended).
