Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
* Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
* Strong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing solutions in complex or urgent situations.
* Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
* Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for direct communication with foreign clients; multilingual skills are a plus.
* Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, team collaboration skills, willingness to travel overseas, and overseas work experience preferred.
