EcoWater is present through different distribution channels and different brands. /ppAs the EcoWater Marketing Manager in Italy, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Campaign and content management : /b /pliOversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive measurable results. /liliCreate and manage high-quality, relevant content across various platforms, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional media. /liliCollaborate with agencies for social media to enhance online presence and engagement. Monitor data for site performance and present periodic web campaign progress updates. /liliManage social media editorial plans with agency for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content. /lipb3. Sales and customer support : /b /pliCollaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute programs that support sales growth, including lead generation initiatives, referral programs, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies. /liliCreate and manage sales support materials (presentations, price lists, and store materials…) for field usages and provide support at trade fairs and events. /liliRegister and manage leads and contact requests for all brands. /lipb4. Budget and performance management : /b /pliManage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. /liliMonitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as needed to stay within budget and achieve marketing goals. /liliMonitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. /lipb5. Partnerships, events, and back-office activities : /b /pliBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts and expand brand presence. /liliOrganize customer or internal incentive trips and events, producing coordinated marketing materials. /liliEnsure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials, adhering to company guidelines and standards. /liliUpdate manuals and provide technical support instructions when necessary. /lipbYour profile : /b /ppTo succeed in this role, you must have a strong energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve the set goals. You must also have the below : /pliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role and creative thinking, with a proven track record of success, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC- related industry. /liliStrategic Thinking : deep understanding of the Italian market dynamics, consumer behavior and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions and solve problems. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders. /liliProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems. Knowledge of AI tools for marketing will be an added asset. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English (participation in European meetings, video calls, interactions with other EcoWater countries). /lipbLocation and commitments : /b /pliPermanent full-time role.
