Operating across various sectors—including fashion, home, wine, travel, and beauty—Veepee achieved a turnover of €3.3 billion incl.
VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the best brands, stocks, and prices on your portfolio.Act as the key contact for Veepee partners and identify levers for business development and account maintenance.Work closely with sales analysts and other internal teams to ensure partners' satisfaction and contribute to overall business success.TasksProspection (New Accounts): Identify, engage, and onboard new accounts, ensuring a robust and growing client portfolio.Partnership & Relationship Development (Existing Accounts): Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure sustained growth and deliver the annual budget.Deal Negotiation: Close agreements with brand partners by negotiating commercial and contract conditions.Market Knowledge: Maintain a keen understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance Veepee's market positioning.Sales Coordination: Guarantee the internal negotiation needed with other functions to build the best solution to maximize performances (supply chain, planning, marketing, etc.).Must Have SkillsExperience as Key Account Manager or similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of account management principles and practices.Strong negotiation skills and perseverance to close deals and resolve conflicts proactively.Rigorous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.Team player able to collaborate with different departments.Proficient with Google Apps and Office Pack, especially Gsheet, Slides, and Excel.Excellent Italian language skills and good English language skills.Nice to Have SkillsExperience in the High Tech / Electronic industry.BenefitsVariable bonus.Opening hours & flexibility regarding holidays and permits.Dynamic and creative environment within international teams.Variety of self‐education courses on our e‐learning platform.Team building & after works.Tickets restaurant.Hybrid working model – up to 2 days at home.Free afternoon on your birthday.Recruitment ProcessHR interview with the recruiter.Interview with the manager.Interview with the Commercial Director.All our positions are open to people with health conditions or impairments.
