We are seeking someone with a strong leadership mindset, capable of empowering every team member and ensuring impeccable service.br/br/The ideal candidate has a background in high-end nightlife and entertainment, and combines organizational skills, attention to detail, and a true passion for hospitality.br/br/strongRequirements /strongbr/br/ /pulliMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private clubs of comparable level /liliExcellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliTeamwork-oriented attitude /liliProfessionalism, courtesy, and discretion /liliPrecision, organization, and keen attention to detail /liliStrong diplomatic sense /liliSolid managerial and organizational skills with a natural flair for guest relations /liliProven ability to motivate and manage staff /liliBartender knowledge /liliLounge life-style background /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel /liliAvailability to work evening and weekend shifts /li /ulstrongResponsibilities /strongbr/br/ulliOversee daily operations of all FB services /liliEnsure consistent, high-quality FB service across all outlets /liliMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of FB areas /liliSupport in hiring, training, and developing FB staff /liliPlan staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all FB activities /liliEvaluate performance and provide constructive feedback /liliDevelop and implement training plans and corrective actions as needed /liliFoster a positive and constructive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth /liliEnsure exceptional and fair service to all guests, demonstrating active listening, initiative, and professionalism in handling requests and complaints /liliMonitor guest satisfaction and implement corrective measures in collaboration with the FB team /liliAssist with the preparation and management of the FB budget, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue management /liliMonitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability /liliEnsure compliance with financial policies and procedures /liliOversee ordering, storage, and inventory of FB supplies and equipment /liliConduct regular inventory checks to minimize waste and control costs /liliEnsure compliance with health, HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations /liliEnforce FB policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment – psychologically, physically, and hygienically /liliConduct regular inspections and training sessions to ensure staff adherence to safety standards /liliSupport the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the outlet and its events /liliCollaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Events, and Front Office, to ensure seamless service delivery /liliCommunicate effectively with the Director and FB Managers /liliParticipate in regular management meetings and contribute to business strategies /liliShare responsibility for the outcome of the annual employee engagement survey /liliEnsure the safety of guests, staff, and assets, promptly informing management of any issues /liliPromote internal communication by organizing monthly departmental meetings /li /ulstrongBenefits /strongbr/br/ulliEmployment contract under the National Collective Agreement for the Tourism Sector (CCNL Turismo) /liliTeam-building activities and continuous training /liliA collaborative and motivating work environment /liliCareer development opportunities within the company /liliPotential international experiences /liliCompany welfare program /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
