Responsibilities:
1. Formulating overall sales strategy in the country / region and facilitate sustainable business development.
2. Responsible for customer / user development in the region, looking for business opportunities, promoting company's products and the value of the problem solving solutions.
3. Formulate business development plans for relevant customers and visit customer on a regular basis, organize relevant product technical and business training. Ensure work plans are in high synchronization with customer, in order to have a long-term and win-win cooperation.
4.Responsible for coordinating and solving the problems during business collaboration, continuously improve customer satisfaction.
5. Complete the business data accumulation using sales tools, regularly assess and analyze the improvements could make in business implementation, and adjust business strategy for higher challenges.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Computer, electronics, communication, automatization or marketing majors are preferred.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in logistics automation, warehousing equipment, or AGV/AMR industry, familiar with the warehousing and logistics sector (such as WMS, WCS, automated storage systems, conveyor lines, etc.).
3. Experience in project-based (B2B) sales is preferred.
4. Problem solving oriented, honest, pragmatic and responsible, highly enthusiastic and a team player;
5. Good communication skills, English can be used as working language; Proficiency in two or more foreign languages is preferred;
