* The role: We are looking for an autonomous B2B sales professional capable of building opportunities from scratch: we do not provide contact lists or qualified leads, so the role requires a concrete skill to independently identify and generate new target clients.
* Develop a B2B contact and client network from zero
* Generate new commercial opportunities through outbound activities, networking and personal initiatives
* Manage the full sales cycle:
* need analysis
* negotiation
* Collaborate with the technical team to build tailor‐made solutions
* Participate in events, trade fairs and commercial activities
* Monitor and report results and KPIs
Cosa cerchiamo
* At least 3 years of experience selling software or complex IT solutions
Capacità dimostrata di:
* headhunting clients
* entrepreneurial mindset and strong result orientation
* excellent relational and negotiation skills
* organization and xrdztoy operational autonomy
* availability to travel within Italy
* excellent use of CRM and digital tools
* Direct hiring (no P.IVA)
* Fixed‐term contract
