 
        
        Junior Offer Marketing Manager Universal Enclosures - Tempo determinato 
Mission 
We are looking for an Offer manager to manage and coordinate the Universal Enclosures product line with a focus on deploying and sustain the future innovation of a SE product line. You will be responsible for managing the product family by supporting main commercial development plans and by defining the best marketing strategy for the Italian market. A constant cooperation with local sales teams and frequent exchange with the Global Line of Business will be required. 
What will you do? 
Coordinate and promote the Universal Enclosures business in Italy 
Define and implement the marketing plan for Universal Enclosures offer to obtain the target results (sales, profitability, market share,..) 
Be responsible for the performance (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of the products in the portfolio 
Assess the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and for pricing strategy purposes 
Define and deploy launch plans for the new products 
Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy and supporting promotional activity 
Provide proposals and develop contents to increase the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i.e. social network), documents, software and tools 
Work closely with all Schneider Electric's departments: supply chain, finance, quality, sales, technical support, MarCom 
Use data (i.e. sales volume) and create reports to identify actions to increase the performances of the offer in the Italian market to share with the management 
Support sales team and customers (OEM, system integrators, panel builders, contractors, distributors, electricians, ...) on the sales activities related to your portfolio products 
Provide trainings and presentations to sales team and customers 
Frequent and constant exchanges with the global business unit sustaining and influencing projects and products according with the trend and needs of the Italian customer 
What qualifications will make you successful? 
Academic background in Engineering 
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data 
Excellent communicator, capable of building trusting relationships 
Fluent English and Italian 
Experience in digital tools and office software 
High organization of the job 
Excellent team working skills
