Job Title: Sales Manager (m/f/d)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network and products.
1. You will identify business opportunities for our network and products, establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
2. You will identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy, leveraging your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
3. You will conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
4. You will represent Sovendus to potential partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
5. You are responsible for market development and product positioning, utilizing your experience in the e-commerce sector.
6. You will report to the Country Manager Italy and collaborate closely with the Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.
Your Profile:
1. You are a passionate, process-oriented Sales Manager with experience in selling performance marketing solutions.
2. You are a highly motivated B2B sales professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in online performance marketing sales to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce clients.
3. You possess an extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
4. You are driven to build new markets successfully.
5. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
6. You have excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
7. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
