Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liEnsure all resources are available to staff to enable them to perform their tasks in a proper and timely manner /li liBe a big part of managing our new FB experience, which is in the process of being upgraded /li liTake part in the service – informing guests of the menu, assisting with drink‑ and dinner choices, taking orders, communicating with kitchen, preparing drinks simple snacks and serving of dishes /li liMonitor accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions /li liBeing part of – and working closely together with the management team of TSH Bologna /li liBring forward innovations and improvements in (amongst else, but not exclusively) menu design, restaurant set‑up, team organisation, etc. /li liMonitor costs suppliers – identifying opportunities to reduce costs /li liResponsible for recruitment and proper onboarding of temporary and permanent staff /li liYou’ll guide the team with on‑the‑job training, making service more efficient, and be the face of the restaurant /li liScheduling of staff according to business and staff needs – including review and approval/denial of leave requests /li liResponsible for proper Performance Management of all restaurant staff – including goal setting, mid‑year year‑end review conversations /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a managerial role at a similar level restaurant /li liStrong knowledge of drinks and food according to market standards /li liYou’re a people person who loves connecting with guests from all walks of life /li liYou’re a true problem‑solver and are not afraid to make decisions in the moment /li liExcellent knowledge of restaurant service standards /li liYou’re fluent in Italian and English – Know other languages?
