Position: E-COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Bulgari Spa is looking for an E-commerce Development Specialist within the Omnichannel Department in the headquarter in Rome. Directly reporting to the E-commerce Product Owner, the E-commerce Development Specialist will be responsible for the development of new ecommerce and omnichannel features and for the optimization of the existing ones. He/she will be part of a cross functional team (with front-end and backend developers) working in agile methodology, responsible for delivering best-in-class solutions that covers around 90 countries worldwide. Key accountabilities: - Propose and develop functionalities based on user and clients’ needs in line with the e-commerce product roadmap and deliver them with an high quality level and customer satisfaction - Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (tools and teams) to identity precise requirements - Review and evaluate markets requests according to the E-commerce Product strategy - Acquire and share knowledge on customer shopping behavior to improve existing functionalities - Ensure the smooth and correct functioning of both front-end and back-end operations of the ecommerce, supporting logistic and customer services teams - Promptly align all the internal and external stakeholders on the various activities and relevant impacts (CRM, media, marketing, customer service, logistic, markets) - Partner with UX, content and catalogue teams to ensure a prompt time-to-market release of the new features - Perform benchmark analysis to monitor competitors initiatives - Present solutions to stakeholders Profile: Qualifications & skills: - 2-3 years of experience within omnichannel, ecommerce, or digital departments of multinational corporation - Master’s degree in management or another relevant field - Understanding of website platform technologies, and backend operational processes - Curious about the digital industry and its latest trends - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in a complex ecosystem - Accountability and time management - Problem-solving attitude with accuracy - Effective communicator in English and Italian - Great team player - Experience with Salesforce preferred - Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus
