We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Leader to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
The selected person will be responsible for managing the kitchen and coordinating the culinary team, planning menus, and ensuring the maintenance of established quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing kitchen operations and coordinating the culinary brigade
* Planning menus that meet quality and customer satisfaction standards
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Sourcing and managing supplies and inventory
