We support clients across Europe—from concept to commissioning—with deep technical expertise and strategic insight. We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Sales Director with a strong commercial background in utility-scale PV or BESS, ideally from a technical advisory, engineering services firm, or EPC. This is more than a sales role : it’s a strategic business development position. You’ll be responsible for professionally building up our sales function and expanding our presence across key European markets. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our technical services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IPPs, developers, and investors. Leverage your existing network to generate leads and build long-term relationships. Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract closure. Collaborate with our engineering team on tailored proposals. Represent Innovo PH at industry events and conferences. Align sales strategy with evolving market needs. What You Bring Proven experience in B2B sales and business development in the renewable energy sector. Strong network in the European utility-scale PV and BESS ecosystem. Background in sales at an EPC or technical advisory / engineering services firm. Deep understanding of the project lifecycle in large-scale energy infrastructure. Fluent in English; German or Italian is a strong plus. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach. Willingness to travel across Europe.
