VADO is a s oftware company born in Turin in 2020 that offers a comprehensive solution forautonomous stores (24/7 kiosks) with a Full Suite that facilitates 24/7 product delivery throughdelivery apps, enables real-time management of products and prices, provides additionalpayment options for users, and allows for geo-localization of your vending machines on a dedicated website.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist DACH to lead commercial development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.The role focuses on B2B SaaS sales to vending operators, automated retail companies, and smart store operators interested in connecting their machines to delivery platforms and digital payment systems.This is a high-autonomy role for someone comfortable building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding a new market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market developmentDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH regionIdentify and approach vending operators, automated retail companies and smart store operatorsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of potential clientsSales executionManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, negotiation, closingPresent thE platform to potential customersConvert inbound and outbound leads into active customersPartnershipsSupport the CEO in developing relationships with vending industry players and retail technology providersSupport strategic partnerships with delivery platforms and hardware manufacturersMarket feedbackProvide insights on pricing, positioning and market dynamics in DACHCollaborate with product and leadership team to adapt the offering to local market needs.

Experience2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, retail tech, food tech or vending industryExperience selling to SMB / mid-market operatorsComfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently

Sales stack & toolsThe candidate should be comfortable using the full modern sales stack, including:CRM systems (e.G. HubSpot or similar )Prospecting tools ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. )Digital outreach and lead generation (Google search, LinkedIn, email campaigns)Pipeline and deal management in CRMOnline demo tools (Zoom, Meet, etc.)

The role requires a hands-on, full-stack sales approach, from lead generation to closing.

SkillsStrong commercial mindset and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStructured pipeline management and reporting

LanguagesNative or fluent GermanProfessional English

Italian is a plus but not required.
