ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager – SA (Southern European) who will be responsible to implement the EMEA brand marketing strategy across key Southern European markets, supporting wholesale goals, and aligning with Sales and Product teams. This role bridges central and local functions, combining strategy and execution to drive brand growth and desirability in the region.
YOUR IMPACT
* Manage Southern Europe regional marketing activities, including the marketing calendar and localization of the EMEA brand strategy.
* Support the wholesale channel through campaigns, presentations, and sell-in/sell-out tools for retail and distribution partners.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
* Oversee the Southern Europe marketing budget, ensuring investment in high-impact and measurable initiatives.
* Develop local partnerships, PR activities, events, influencer programs, and consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
* Track campaign performance and optimize activities through data-driven insights and recommendations.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Proven experience in both strategic and operational marketing, ideally within the sportswear, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors, with a strong understanding of the Southern European market.
* Ability to translate global marketing strategies into impactful, locally relevant execution across diverse cultures and consumer groups.
* Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams, external partners, and key accounts.
* Solid experience managing budgets and leading multi-market marketing campaigns.
* Proactive, hands‑on approach with a solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
* Deep knowledge of Southern European market trends, retail landscape, and consumer behavior.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment, with a collaborative attitude and cross‑functional agility.
* Fluency in English and Italian
