Your mission We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist with a focus on technical performance and applicable construction standards, supporting the development and maintenance of our interior sound-absorbing products.
The role provides technical and standards-related expertise within the product management team, working closely with the Technical Product Manager, R&D;, quality, and manufacturing functions.
- Support the Technical Product Manager on technical aspects of interior acoustic products, from development to industrialization
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of product technical requirements, including performance, materials, and application context
- Provide technical input during product development, testing, and validation phases
- Coordinate product testing activities in collaboration with R&D;, quality, and external partners
- Prepare and maintain technical product documentation such as datasheets, test reports, and application-related materials
- Support alignment of products with applicable construction standards as part of the development process
- Act as an internal technical reference for product-related questions from cross-functional teams
Your profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, or a similar technical field
- 2–4 years of experience with construction materials or building products, preferably for interior applications
- Good understanding of construction standards and certification processes
- Interest or experience in acoustic materials and systems is a strong plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style
- Comfortable working in a technical specialist role within a cross-functional product team
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
