Major Job Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and maintain customer relationships within target segments.
* Develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
* Create and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and deals.
* Onboard anchor customers with innovative business models.
* Present technical knowledge of our offerings and roadmap, especially in Defense and Public Safety sectors.
Areas of Responsibility, Objectives, and Duties
* Define market strategies and goals for each product and service, aligned with account objectives.
* Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Ensure high standards in planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
* Set and execute sales strategies to drive growth in targeted verticals.
* Develop new value propositions, use cases, and marketing campaigns.
* Identify decision-makers and pursue new business opportunities with an innovative, customer-focused approach.
* Evaluate and recommend product and service improvements for added value.
* Manage proposals, presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales professionally.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological developments.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure forecast reliability.
* Maintain a strong hunting mindset for new business development.
Job Requirements
* At least 5 years’ experience in IoT / Telco / Networking within Defense markets, preferably in System Integration.
* Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is advantageous.
* Proven track record in Defense / Public Safety sales growth and relationships within MOD / MOI in Europe.
* Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
* Ability to travel as needed.
