Position Overview
To develop and execute localized marketing strategies for SANY Italy, deeply integrating brand communication, digital marketing, and event management to drive regional sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive B2B marketing experience in the industrial sector, a deep understanding of the Italian and European markets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to translate global brand strategies into local market impact.
Duty and responsibilities:
1.Brand Strategy and Communication
Take full ownership of SANY’s localized integrated communication in the Italian market. Develop annual plans, manage content creation, and collaborate with industry media to systematically enhance brand exposure and professional influence.
2.Digital Marketing and Online Channel Management
Lead website operations, multi-platform digital marketing, and market monitoring. Use data-driven insights to optimize user experience and lead conversion, building an integrated online-to-offline marketing loop.
3.Exhibition and Offline Event End-to-End Management
Oversee the full process of planning, execution, and evaluation of industry exhibitions and customer events in Italy. Ensure brand presentation and event effectiveness through resource coordination and quality control.
4.Cross-Regional Collaboration and Distributor Support
Serve as the strategic interface between the global marketing system and the local market, driving the localization of international resources and providing systematic marketing support and empowerment to the distributor network.
5.Budget and Performance Management
Responsible for marketing budget planning, control, and performance evaluation. Continuously optimize marketing resource allocation and strategy effectiveness through quantitative analysis and closed-loop review.
Qualifications
* Fluent in Italian and English for business communication.
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing/construction machinery/construction equipment sectors.
* Proficient in integrated marketing strategies, with end-to-end capabilities from planning and execution to performance evaluation.
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects, with strong cross-cultural and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
* Familiar with mainstream industry media, exhibitions, and channel ecosystems in Europe, particularly Italy.
