To be responsible for Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities, typically in the context of a production or services project, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develops a yearly plan for their own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working. Contributes to the plan of a larger unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage all contract performance-related activities, typically tied to a customer site
- Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team managing the transfer of information and requests
- Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to any issues arising.
- Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial and technical metrics specific to the contract.
- Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision.
- Provide support to the manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts. Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters.
- Communicates across the direct organization.
- Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross‑functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handles latitude in project techniques. Project processes require choosing the right approaches. Employees should have the technical know‑how.
- Handles diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through processes. There is room for negotiation and client‑specific conditions.
- Regular shift in‑country (Aksai – Kazakhstan) according to the client's contractual requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Be able to work within a highly matrixed business environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills.
- Show strong organizational, analytical skills and resolve problems
- Be fluent knowledge on Italian and English language is mandatory
- Show strong interpersonal and leadership skills
