As an AI Senior Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will help clients in the Financial Services (FSS) industry identify and execute strategic opportunities driven by artificial intelligence. You will combine deep industry expertise with advanced knowledge of AI technologies to design transformation strategies that deliver measurable business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into AI-enabled initiatives, shaping adoption roadmaps, and guiding organizations through large-scale transformation programs. You are a strategic advisor with strong business acumen and deep expertise in AI and data-driven transformation. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, leading complex discussions, and translating innovation into practical, scalable solutions that deliver tangible value.
8–10 years of experience in a leading consulting firm with strong exposure to digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives
Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
Experience in data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations
Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into business opportunities
Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery oversight
Foundational knowledge of data/AI tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks) to collaborate effectively with technical teams
