Deine Aufgaben | l'emploi | the job
* Während Deiner Schicht fungierst Du als Bindeglied aller Stationen und teilst Dein Team gezielt ein und leitest dieses an.
* Als Schichtleitung verantwortest Du den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tages- und Abendgeschäft und stehst Deinem Team als Ansprechpartner und als aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft zur Verfügung
* Du empfängst unsere Gäste herzlich und stehst Ihnen bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
* Du unterstützt Dein Management-Team bei Tages-, Monatsabschlüssen und den monatlichen Inventuren.
* Pendant ton service, tu fais office de lien entre tous les services, tu répartis ton équipe de manière ciblée et tu la diriges.
* En tant que chef d'équipe, tu es responsable du bon déroulement des activités de jour et de soir et tu es à la disposition de ton équipe comme interlocuteur et comme soutien actif dans les activités quotidiennes.
* Tu accueilles chaleureusement nos hôtes et tu es à leur disposition pour répondre à leurs questions.
* Tu soutiens ton équipe de direction lors des clôtures journalières et mensuelles et des inventaires mensuels.
* During your shift, you will act as a link between all stations and will organise and lead your team in a targeted manner.
* As shift manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the day and evening business and are available to your team as a contact person and as active support in day-to-day business
* You give our guests a warm welcome and are available to answer any questions they may have.
* You will support your management team with daily and monthly closings and monthly inventories.

* Avant tout, tu as une grande passion pour la gastronomie. Tu es un hôte de cœur et tu brûles de satisfaire nos hôtes.
* Tu as terminé avec succès une formation en gastronomie/hôtellerie ou tu as déjà une première expérience professionnelle dans un poste de direction ainsi que dans la gestion des hôtes.
* Tu es un professionnel lorsqu'il s'agit de motiver ton équipe. Tu reconnais les potentiels, tu les encourages et tu en fais la star de notre restaurant.
* Tu te distingues par ta méthode de travail structurée. Tu gardes la tête froide même en période de forte activité.
* Tu as des exigences élevées en matière de qualité et tu travailles sur la base des directives de notre système.
