Retail Area Manager - Emea Region
* Propose and collaborate in definition of the strategy, global objectives and budget
* Issue and analyze main stores KPIs providing with recommendations to drive the business
* Challenge store’s organization in order to maximize conversion rate and client experience
* Direct the execution of the action plan, define and implement preventive, corrective and improvement actions, ensuring a regular plan of visits to the stores in order to monitor the development of processes and performance of teams.
* Hire, coach, and develop a strong retail team;
* Manage and motivate a team of store managers
* Define actions that lead to the improvement of the brand's positioning for attracting new customers,
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion
* Hands-on profile with strong influencing and communication skills;
* Ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture and to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders;
* Ability to deliver with speed, quality, and continuous interation;
* Highly energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
* Fluent in Italian and English.
