We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Barlady/Barman for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens The selected person will provide unique beverage experiences and will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the guests, with excellent hospitality and service skills The role involves crafting imaginative fusion cocktails, experimenting with diverse ingredients, and ensuring the consistency and quality of beverages served He/she will be in charge of managing the bar, ensuring order and cleanliness in the work environment according to Borgo Santo Pietro standards Responsibilities: - Engaging with guests around the bar and pool area and receive, prepare and serve orders according to brand service standards are met to the highest quality, in a timely manner - Craft original and imaginative fusion cocktails and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beers, wine and soft drinks etc. - Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to bar operations - Oversee compliance with all relevant standards and ensures the SOP and policies and procedures are followed all the time - Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities and deliver this understanding to our guests with storytelling and originality - Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared - Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all guest accounts Requirements: - Proven experience as Head Bartender or in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation techniques, and current beverage trends - Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients - Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences - fluency in English and in Italian.
