The Spa Receptionist Intern will welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing. This position will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the Spa schedule. **What you will do**Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to the treatment/ pool/gym area.Support in inspecting any spa area making sure standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed.
