Rashmi Metaliks is expanding in Europe, and we’re looking for Sales Engineers with experience in the water infrastructure, utilities, and potable or wastewater sectors. If you have a strong technical sales and project management background, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us!

Responsibilities

* Rashmi Metaliks is a new brand in Europe, so you’ll play a key role in brand-building and market entry.
* Our team is expanding, so this role offers the chance to shape strategy and take on leadership responsibilities.
* With warehouses in development across key locations, logistics and delivery times will continuously improve.

Qualifications

* Experience: Ideally 5+ years in water infrastructure sales, but we welcome candidates with 2-3 years in related fields.
* Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience with GRP, HDPE, OPVC, or carbon steel pipes is highly valued.
* Sales & Project Management: Proven technical sales and business development track record.
* Motivated & Entrepreneurial: Ability to establish and grow client relationships in a fast-moving environment.
* A diploma or degree in Engineering, particularly in the water sector, is a strong advantage. Candidates with relevant technical education will have a competitive edge in understanding project requirements and client needs.
* The role requires a willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad, depending on project and business needs.
