The Kindle Devices team is seeking a customer-obsessed Product Marketing leader to drive awareness and adoption of Kindle Scribe as a work tool for enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches and scaling marketing motions across enterprise segments and channels. Responsibilities
GTM Strategy Ownership: Define and drive the end-to-end multi-year GTM strategy for Kindle Scribe adoption in enterprises; build and maintain detailed GTM playbooks aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and sales/channel objectives; drive positioning, messaging, and enterprise market segmentation for new and existing products. Channel Strategy & Partner Engagement: Develop a scalable channel strategy for Kindle Scribe adoption; identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners; drive partner enablement programs, tools, and materials to ensure partner and product success. Sales Enablement: Build sales playbooks, tools, training, and enablement programs to drive adoption and pipeline growth; own post-launch evaluation and iterate GTM approaches based on performance and field feedback. Marketing Leadership: Own and drive marketing strategies for new products; collaborate with the marketing team to launch integrated campaigns; partner with product marketing to develop messaging frameworks, positioning, and competitive differentiation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Your Amazon package includes sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
