PpProduct Assurance Manager – Institutional /ph3Position /h3pProduct Assurance Manager – Institutional /ph3Location /h3pTurin – Italy /ph3Job Description /h3ulliEnsure compliance with project requirements and document deviations when necessary. /liliCarry out activities in compliance with the Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and Regulations. /liliMaintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative for all relevant PA matters. /liliRepresent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA matters. /liliEstablish and update the Project PA Plan in compliance with PA requirements, ensuring its correct implementation throughout the Project. /liliManage Non-Conformities according to applicable requirements and processes, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer. /liliCoordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan are correctly flowed down at all levels. /liliPrepare Quality documents under PA responsibility and verify/approve other project Quality documents. /liliReport Quality aspects to the Customer, the PMO and management. /liliParticipate in internal and Customer Project meetings and reviews, providing Quality contribution when necessary. /liliFormalize, capitalize and promote lessons learned. /liliExercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes. /liliEnsure Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions. /liliEnsure continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented. /liliParticipate in transversal activities, contributing to improve best practices, coaching and supporting younger and less experienced colleagues. /li /ulh3Main Interfaces /h3ulliTAS Project Manager and Project team /liliCustomer PA Manager and Project team /liliQ representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable. /li /ulh3Required Experiences And Skills /h3ulli7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have). /lili5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA). /liliDeep knowledge of ECSS. /liliCapability to effectively interface at management level. /liliVery good communication and negotiation skills. /liliCapability to effectively coordinate and delegate. /liliProactivity, open-mindedness. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulpAt Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
