Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to support TikTok Shop in Italy. The Account Management team is pivotal to onboarding and ensuring the success of key partners on our platform, curating an engaging product selection for TikTok users. Together, we’ll redefine how partners engage with customers through content and social commerce, creating a unique and innovative commerce ecosystem. /p pThis role is based in our Milan office. /p pTikTok Shop is transforming how people discover and buy products. In Italy, we are building a new Discovery commerce ecosystem where content, creators, and brands come together to drive real business impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAs an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners and help them unlock growth through TikTok’s unique commerce ecosystem. /p pYou will: /p ul liSource and onboard strategic beauty merchants in Italy, building onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set them up for mid and long term growth. /li liDesign and execute growth plans for your partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns. /li liOwn revenue and GMV targets, consistently driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration. /li liWork cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience. /li liAnalyze beauty market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners. /li liLead internal projects to contribute to the beauty ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMinimum Qualifications: /p ul liFluent in Chinese to be able to work with Chinese merchants based in Mainland China. Fluency in English and Italian to be able to work with internal stakeholders. /li liRelevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity. /li liStrong sense of social content (livestream and short‑video is a preference). /li liDeep understanding of the beauty market, trends, creators ecosystem, not only Italy, ideally also total Europe, UK and US. /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications: /p ul liStrong network of beauty partners and beauty creators/agencies. /li liExperience or knowledge of discovery commerce in established markets like China, SEA or US. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills. /li liA fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently. /li liA proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability. /li /ul h3About TikTok /h3 pTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
