Job Summary
The EMEA Partner Marketing Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing Centric Software’s events across the EMEA Partnership Ecosystem. This role reports to the EMEA Partner Marketing Manager for the Home & Lifestyle and CPG/R markets.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of targeted marketing events and demonstrate a strong understanding of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, tradeshows, seminars, and contract negotiations. The Marketing Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering memorable, high-quality experiences that engage prospects and customers and consistently reflect the Centric Software brand.
Responsibilities
Event communication, planning and coordination in line with the sales and marketing plan for key partners in EMEA.

1. Events
* Analyze event requirements and ensure alignment with local cultural considerations, sales guidelines, and partner-specific characteristics.
* Develop promotion plan including:
o identify target personas and accounts in CRM (Salesforce and/or Hubspot,
o identify target personas and accounts with the partners
o marketing automation brief for event promotion
o Design promo kit with social banners, media banners, emails…
* Events logistics: organize all logistical aspects including research and booking venues, catering, arranging goodies, satisfaction questionnaires, sales collaterals & pop up stands in the local languages.
* Manage local suppliers and freelancers (designers and/or copywriters where needed) while respecting budgets and deadlines.
* Coordinate with partners, sales and pre-sales prior the event (target list validation, content definition, invitation follow-up…) and post event (leads reviews)
* Oversee event happenings and act quickly and proactively to resolve problems on-site
* Evaluate event’s success,prepare ROI reports and support coordination of the follow-up activities with sales
* Measure and report event performance and identify areas of improvement based on regional goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Travel approximately 15-20% of the time
Qualifications
* 2+ years’ experience working in event planning with a B2B company.
* Demonstrated success in running events that drove conversions and attendance.
* Experience working with vendors and managing budgets required.
* Able to handle stress and remain calm
* Strong project coordination & analytical skills. Data-driven thinking.
* Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly hands-on and a born-doer: this is a DIY company!
* Languages: English - Italian or German is a plus
