Your Responsibilities

* Develop and secure business by working closely with the Key Accounts and distributors in Technical Superstores Channel.
* Develop new business with prospective Key Accounts in Buying Groups Channel.
* Increase and improve the direct customer relationships and have a strong presence at all levels of the organization of key accounts.
* Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned Key Accounts that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts.
* Coordination of the core marketing activities and monitoring the sell-through results.
* Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.


Your profile

* Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors.
* Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances or IT industry, ideally with existing network in retail.
* A proven background in managing the technical superstores (UniEuro, Mediaworld…), the buying groups (Euronics, Expert, Trony) and distributors.
* Knowledge of complete sales cycle, from planning/forecasting to sell-in & sell-out management.
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results against business plans.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
* Capable to work in an international environment.
* Great adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast growing organization.
* Native level Italian and fluency in English in written and verbal.
