Reports to Bar Manager. Main responsibilities: - Responsible for the drinks production and service of main bar and pool bar achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations; - Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues; - Compliance with health and safety regulations.
