Job SummaryRed Hat's Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) marketing team is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Red Hat EMEA Partner Ecosystem Marketing team. In this role, you will support our cloud partner marketing team, with a specific focus on demand generation to drive demand for Red Hat solutions and products on main cloud marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and local strategic cloud providers). You will work closely with marketing peers across our global and regional teams, and key stakeholders in our partners like AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will support the rollout of different marketing campaigns and will be responsible for analyzing and tracking the performance of the campaigns. As part of this team you will work in a diverse and open environment, with other Marketing experts where the best idea counts.What You Will DoExecute in close alignment with the cloud partner marketing team marketing programs to create awareness and demand for Red Hat cloud solutionsCreate, edit, and enhance communication materials, including emails, blog posts, social media posts and live eventsWork closely with our EMEA partner communication head on partner references and partner PR activities and grow the number of public partner and customer referencesWork closely with global partner marketing function on strategy and contentSupport regional marketing teams with marketing programs and lead generation campaignsSupport workshops, webinars and partner events, manage these campaigns end-to-end, and report on ROI, to support business goalsCollaborate and enable field marketers with content and digital kits to drive demand for our cloud businessTrack, monitor and measure campaign performance across defined KPIs, identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimizationUnderstand overall corporate and EMEA sales strategy, initiatives, offerings, and programs and use available resources in planning and implementationWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline5+ years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in a technology fieldCreative thinker and problem solver who enjoys a fast‐paced environmentProficiency in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and desire to make things happenExcellent knowledge of creating online, digital, and live marketing campaigns to grow demand through our partnersExperience working with marketing agenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPassion for working within multicultural and diverse environmentFluent language skills in English; second European language is a plusWillingness to travel up to 10‐15%Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)Red Hat is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
