Achieve sales and profit targets in line with company objectives.Develop and share the company's commercial strategy and customer plans with key distributors and retailers to capitalize on growth opportunities.Define clear range, pricing, and promotion strategies to deliver sales expansion.Drive new product listings and distribution growth across the GDO channel.Collaborate with Marketing to build a 3-year strategic plan and annual sales objectives.Monitor promotional trends, competitor activities, and trade dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.Work with marketing team to analyze sell-out data from Nielsen to guide commercial decisions.Provide data and reporting to support accurate forecasting and budgeting cycles.Requisiti: A successful Sales Manager Italia should have: Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in sales roles within the FMCG / Mass Market environment in Italy, preferably in Health & Beauty or related categories. Proven and consolidated knowledge of the Italian retail trade and its dynamics. Experience in working with distributors is a plus Excellent commercial acumen and strong P&L understanding. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated approach. Strong leadership, team player with interpersonal skills. Willingness to challenge the status quo and take ownership. Strong presentation and negotiation level.
