Ph3Senior Brand Manager – Campari /h3 pCampari Group is a major player in the global branded spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets worldwide. Headquartered in Milan, the Group owns 25 plants worldwide and operates its own distribution network in 26 countries, employing approximately 4,700 people. /p h3General Description of the Role /h3 pStep into the world of Campari, where every drop tells a story and every campaign ignites desire – as Senior Brand Manager you’ll be the architect of intrigue, crafting bold strategies that stir the senses and captivate hearts. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead our namesake brand Davide Campari Milano within the Aperitifs category in the Italian Market Team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record executing across the marketing mix, breaking consumer communications via national advertising and promotional campaigns, new product innovation and packaging design, and on‑premise promotions, balanced with strong business management skills and quantitative decision‑making acumen. /p pThe role coordinates all key players involved (including Global House of Brands team members, internal stakeholders – IMC, CMI, CCM, Sales and Support functions – and third parties) to ensure a successful team working and proper focus on brand target achievement, quantitative decision‑making, consumer understanding, under the guidance of the Aperitifs Marketing Director. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liDevelop the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the Aperitifs Marketing Director, starting from annual category brand reviews, to create brand diagnosis, strategy and end‑to‑end planning. /li liExecute the defined marketing plan for assigned brands through a 360° activation, implementing ATL activities in collaboration with marketing specialists (Media and Digital planner, PR Manager, Strategic Planner and Consumer Event Manager) and BTL activities in collaboration with the Channel Customer Marketing Department. /li liBuild and analyze brand profitability and performance, implementing corrective strategies when needed and working closely with the Channel Customer Marketing and FPA Department. /li liManage sales forecasting up to the next 20 months. /li liSupport the sales force by verifying the execution of activities in all channels and identifying new trends in the On‑Trade Channel with spot scale approach. /li /ul h3Other Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the development of the Junior Brand Manager. /li liReports to the Aperitifs Marketing Director, who reports to the Senior Marketing Director Italy. /li /ul h3Key Relationships /h3 pInternal: Global House of Brands Team; Integrated Marketing Communication team; Strategic planning and Business Information team; Channel Customer Marketing Team; Campari Academy; Camparino Brand House; Sales Team; Demand Planner; FPA Manager; RD Department. /p h3Experience Education /h3 ul liUniversity degree with a specialization in Marketing, MBA nice to have. /li liAt least 7 years of experience focused on brand management, preferably acquired in multinational Luxury or Beverage companies. /li liConsumer understanding. /li liBrand positioning knowledge ability to translate insights into concrete actions that connect Bartender‑Trade‑Consumer. /li liAble to develop a media communication strategy and ATL/digital content with an “out of the box” approach. /li liExperience in budget and PL management. /li liStrong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to interpret sales performance and market trend metrics and information (e.g., Nielsen retail, IRI). /li liAbility to work in a dynamic context in a flexible way lead teams confidently through a changing environment. /li liExcellent relationship building skills. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liSelf‑motivated individual, KPIs and target driven. /li liPeople management (currently managing a Jr. BM). /li liEnglish is a must. /li liPure passion for Mixology is a plus. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion Commitment /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
