About the role We are looking for a brilliant candidate who will join Chloé's Supply Chain team in Scandicci supporting purchasing & procurement activities with focus on material management for the leather product through the ERP system (SAP) and constantly communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Production Planning, Industrialization and Quality Team to ensure that workflow respects delivery time, cost and product quality. Responsibilities Delivering orders of materials and accessories on SAP ensuring the stock on hand and checking the progress of the purchased one Planning of all tests with suppliers interfacing with the supplier to check ready materials and collaborating with testers for inspection Reviewing and updating BOMs on SAP Entering material prices on SAP Managing inbound and outbound logistics flow Analysing and monitoring of warehouse stock and leftover through reporting Actively communicating with suppliers to source materials needed to create the production master Follow-up of purchase orders with tanneries and suppliers of metal accessories, textiles etc; Qualifications Degree in Economics / Engineering or similar field 2 years of experience in Supply Chain in the Luxury field Good command of ERP system (SAP) Good English knowledge Attitude for managing priorities Attitude to teamwork, problem solving Our recruitment journey Interview with Talent Acquisition Team Interview with Hiring Manager Interview with Chloé Supply Chain Director What we offer Agile-Working Policy Flexible entry time We look for curious people, free spirited and determined, who want to be part of the Chloé Family.
