About the role
We are now looking for a driven Product Specialist Consumables & Accessories who will join our C&A team to support the full product development from product idea to market introduction as well as the update of current ranges (regulatory and packaging updates).
You will work closely with Innovation Category Managers in developing and executing the category generation plan for our consumables & accessories (C&A) range around taste, care and wellbeing product categories, supporting in delivering the business objectives. Project-lead portfolio updates, making sure all needed tasks are performed in a timely manner.
We offer a fixed-term contract for a maternity leave replacement.
Location
The role is based in Porcia (PN).
What you’ll do
* Close and daily co-operation with internal project stakeholders (project leader, R&D, marketing, sourcing…) and OEM suppliers to ensure execution and follow-up of all product related activities.
* Support in the preparation of the material requested to drive the product development or range update processes through their different phases.
* Check specifications, phase-in/phase-out inside Product Life cycle Management.
* Product maintenance and administration to ensure effective portfolio management.
* Support the development and creation of marketing support material such as packaging, leaflet, labels for new product launches and new variant requests.
* Secure availability of technical documentation (as user manual, installation drawings, other)
* Samples organization & shipment for new product launches and testing activities
* Involvement in complexity reduction activities in strong collaboration with the C&A commercial team
* Quality follow up (e.g.: pilot appliances & issues blocking production lines)
* Support with Compliance Department and third-party test institutes/Labs
Who you are
* Short experience in product marketing and/or commercial areas (with product knowledge/ product management) and/or product development (ideally in more than one function), preferably within Consumer Goods area
* Master’s degree in business, Marketing or Engineering.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)
* Project leadership experience, preferably in an international environment. Result-driven curious, with high learning agility and strong will to support also those in your team to achieve their best
* Entrepreneurial and passionate self-starter, interested in pursuing new business opportunities
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture
* Obsess over our consumers´ needs and experience, enjoy seeing the positive impact our work has on consumers
* Open, a good communicator with collaboration mind-set, who builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives
* International, demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
