Learn more at /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a driven Sales Manager with a strong Hunter mindset to grow our European Process Industry segment in BL Advanced Materials. You will focus on acquiring new customers, developing existing relationships, and driving profitable growth in line with Outokumpu’s EVOLVE strategy. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers in Processing Industries segments (e.g., Chemical Petrochemical, Mining, Pulp Paper, Heavy Industries) /li liDevelop and expand long-term relationships with existing clients /li liUnderstand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions /li liDrive the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing /li liCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities /li liAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs /li liWork closely with Inside Sales, Customer Solutions Products, and Marketing /li liRepresent Outokumpu at industry events, conferences, and trade shows /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liA true Hunter profile: energetic, persistent, business-minded, and motivated by winning new, value-driving business /li liUniversity degree in engineering or related area /li liProven track record in high-end B2B sales or business development /li liKnowledge of stainless steel and nickel alloys flat products and their applications /li liStrong communication, cooperation, negotiation, and closing skills /li liAbility to build trust and credibility quickly /li liStrategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution /li liExperience with CRM and customer relationship management /li liPerformance- and target-focused mindset: agile, structured, and results-oriented /li liSelf-driven and comfortable working independently /li liFluent in English and Italian; additional languages (Spanish and/or French) are a plus /li liValid driver’s license /li /ul pThis position is based in Castelleone, Italy. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites across Europe.
