Your mission
* Manage the sales and promotion of XCMG road machinery products across the Italian market
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers, contractors, and key accounts
* Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives set by the company
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories
* Analyze customer needs and formulate effective regional sales strategies
* Collaborate closely with the technical support and after-sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Your profile
* Proven sales experience with international first-tier brands in the road machinery sector
* Strong knowledge of the Italian market for rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and road construction machinery
* Basic understanding of crushing and screening equipment is considered a plus
* Existing network of end-user customers in the Italian road machinery market is highly preferred
* Fluent Italian and English skills
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive
* Availability to travel extensively within Italy
