As Regional Sales Manager On Trade Italy, you will lead Bacardi’s commercial and cultural strategy in Italy, overseeing teams of Field Managers and Business Managers to achieve commercial objectives, develop talent, and execute the national strategy regionally.
Responsibilities
* Commercial execution: achieve volume, GP, GM targets; optimize pricing, discount, and margin plans.
* Use Power BI weekly to analyze KPIs and set action plans.
* Translate national strategy into a regional commercial plan, prioritizing opportunities by customer type, category, and brand activation.
* Strategic leadership: serve as the region’s voice in national committees, defending local priorities with a global vision.
* Align objectives with Trade Marketing, KAMs, and Brand Ambassadors, ensuring consistency between point‑of‑sale execution and brand strategy.
* Leadership culture: empower Area Managers and Business Managers with autonomy, commercial vision, and business ownership.
* Apply a structured leadership cycle: 1:1 meetings, weekly team meetings, bi‑weekly work‑with sessions; use 360° feedback and performance check‑ins.

Qualifications
* 10+ years in senior sales positions, preferably in premium beverages or FMCG.
* 6+ years leading managers and developing talent.
* Experience managing multiple Nielsen zones in Italy.
* Strategic mindset with proven ability to lead change, complex negotiations, and key‑account development.
* Advanced proficiency in commercial tools: Power BI, CRM.
* Advanced Italian and English.
* Availability to travel within Italy.
