THE ROLE
The Brand Manager is a key figure within the commercial structure of Sacs Tecnorib. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this person will serve as the strategic and operational reference point for the development and stewardship of the brand in the nautical segment, both domestically and across international markets. The role calls for a strong commercial mindset, the ability to work independently, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer network development and management
Develop, manage and support the authorised dealer network in Italy and internationally
Identify and onboard new commercial partners in target markets, consistent with the brand positioning
Continuously monitor sales network performance, setting shared targets and development plans
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all distribution channels
Sales support and end-customer relationship
Actively support dealers during negotiations with end customers, providing technical and commercial assistance
Take a direct and proactive role in high-profile negotiations with end customers
Collaborate with dealers in managing events, boat shows and on-water demonstrations
Collect and analyse market feedback to inform the commercial and product strategy
Strategic and brand activities
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events and key appointments nationally and internationally
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, after-sales) to deliver an excellent customer experience
Produce regular reports on commercial activities and market trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience and education
At least 2 years of proven experience in commercial or brand management roles within the marine industry
In-depth knowledge of the boat market and the dynamics of dealer networks
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Naval Engineering or related disciplines (preferred but not mandatory)
