We are looking for an\nArea Sales Manager\nin the industrial valves sector, ideally with expertise in ball valves, strong technical competence, and a natural ability to build trusted customer relationships.

The ideal professional understands\nB2B sales processes\nand can translate customer application needs into\nreliable, high‑performance solutions\n.
\n
Strong English communication skills are considered essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the customer portfolio
\n
- Prepare technical‑commercial quotations
\n
- Conduct customer visits across national and international markets
\n
- Provide technical‑commercial support throughout the entire sales cycle
\n
- Collaborate with the Technical Office and Production teams on our engineered configurations
\n
\nCritical Competencies:\n
\n
- Solid technical‑commercial background
\n
- In‑depth knowledge of ball valves and relevant industry standards (essential requirement)
\n
- Ability to read datasheets and technical specifications
\n
- Competence in evaluating operating conditions and performing basic calculations
\n
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
\n
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
\n
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
\n
