Business Development Manager, Amazon Air Cargo, IndiaAs a part of IN Amazon Air Cargo (IN ACAR) team, the candidate will be responsible for leading business strategy, identifying new sources of business development (BSA, Charters, Door-to-Door solutions). The candidate will interact with internal (Air-haul, Legal, Finance, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Shippers, Carriers, Forwarders, Customers). Key activities include unlocking new international sectors for charter business, identifying new customers for Door-to-Door freight handling solutions, developing short and long term vision for IN ACAR by building narrative documents and aligning leadership, driving business and working within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.The ideal candidate will have :Strong sales and business development skills for a 0-to-1 business.Keen understanding of the air cargo industry and its stakeholdersAbility to build relationships with key decision-makersCan-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidanceThis is an individual contributor role.
