This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the Italian business moving forwards. /ppThe person must have a solid background in business development and excellent relationships with players of the Electrical Wholesalers and Specialized sector, also appreciated experience in the world of networking, partner account management and field sales. The new resource will work within the TP-LINK B2B team and will have a good knowledge of the VAR and distribution channel. /ppThe preferred candidate is based in Rome or Naples, but valid candidates from different regions in the South of Italy will also be taken into excellent consideration. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCommercial development of the sell-out of their area (Central-South of Italy) /liliEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned all level partner accounts /liliBuild a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners /liliResponsible of a Named accounts list that will have to be developed to achieve company objectives /liliPartner with the Pre-Sales Engineer to generate new business and develop current partner network /liliCoordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical support service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations /liliAssume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update the CRM accordingly /liliMeet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals /liliProactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g. training certification) /liliDrives sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory to enhance the partner's experience and to accelerate Tp-Link CCTV and Enterprise business. /liliProactively recruits new qualifying partners /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli4+ years in the commercial sector in the reference market (security / video surveillance) or similar technological sectors /liliA recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the security / video surveillance market is to be considered an added value /liliExperience building business and marketing plans and long-term strategies /liliExperience with the Distribution channel model /liliExperience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills and able to speak English fluently /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /liliThe candidate must be a clever team player, comfortable in a fast growing and constantly evolving environment /li /ulpTP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
