As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the operational management and technical support of our plants.
Employment conditions

* 40 hours per week with the possibility of shifts (including evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities
* Remote monitoring of plants and daily checks via supervision systems
* Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, automation or other types of faults
* Technical support to customers via telephone and remote control
* Drafting of technical intervention reports for customers and the After-Sales Service Manager
Job Qualifications
* Technical qualification (industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent)
* Autonomy, methodical approach and organisational skills in managing interventions
* Proven skills in: electricity, electrical engineering, mechanics, valves, instrumentation and automation
* Experience in the biogas and/or Oil&Gas sector is a plus
* Up-to-date electrical certifications are considered an advantage
* Willingness to work shifts, including evening or weekend shifts
* Knowledge of technical English (for remote support and relations with international customers); knowledge of French is an added value
* Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and aptitude for customer contact
