We are looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the evolution of this domain — building scalable systems, automated financial processes, and best-in-class payment experiences that keep our platform efficient and compliant as we grow.
Your role in BizAway
1. Own the Finance domain — define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting integrations.
2. Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to deeply understand workflows, compliance requirements, and pain points.
3. Optimize payment processes (issuance, collection, reconciliation) to ensure reliability, transparency, and automation at scale.
4. Enhance integrations with financial systems (ERP like Netsuite, accounting software, PSPs, banks) to streamline operations and reporting.
5. Identify and reduce manual work by designing automated, data-driven workflows and back-office tooling.
6. Use analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude,Qlik,Kibana) to prioritize initiatives and measure financial process efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance and audit readiness in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
What we are looking for:
8. 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments, accounting platforms, or operations-heavy B2B SaaS.
9. Proven track record in building or optimizing financial workflows — payments, reconciliation, invoicing, or accounting automation.
10. Experience collaborating with Finance and Operations stakeholders to turn manual, error-prone processes into scalable systems.
11. Solid understanding of payment gateways, accounting integrations (e.g., ERP, Netsuite, Xero), and transactional data pipelines.
12. A data-driven mindset, capable of defining and tracking key financial metrics (e.g., DSO, reconciliation rate, automation coverage).
13. Fluent in English (Italian is a plus, not mandatory).
