Your MissionAs a Field Service Engineer (FSE) based in Italy (home office), you will report directly to the Field Service Manager located in Massy, France.You will join a team of service engineers dedicated to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our systems at customer sites across Italy, Europe, and internationally.As a Field Service Engineer, you are the technical guarantor of the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of our systems at customer facilities.You will work on critical equipment (converters, medium-voltage drives, control systems, MMCs) while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.Your Responsibilities
Prepare and organize missions in coordination with project and technical support teamsPerform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenanceSupervise complex site activities and coordinate on-site stakeholdersEnsure technical compliance and quality of interventionsAct as the primary technical interface with the customerPrepare intervention reports and ensure contractual deliverablesContribute to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learnedIdentify opportunities for improvement or additional servicesSupport and mentor new team members
Profile
Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent technical backgroundStrong expertise in electrotechnics, industrial electrical systems, medium-voltage drives and power converters, as well as control and automation systems.Ability to work on high-power systemsAutonomous, rigorous, and customer-orientedEnglish is mandatoryFrench is a plusHigh mobility (approximately 80% travel in France and internationally)Experience in industrial site interventions is preferred
