Responsibilities: Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives. Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, with a focus on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies. Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on promotional and commercial activities to increase market visibility and reach. Source New Clients in Target Markets: Engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base. Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes. Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to create compelling proposals, securing new projects. Gather and Share Customer Insights: Collect client feedback to influence product innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Contribute to strategy and provide updates on business activities. Represent the Company Externally: Attend industry events and networks to promote the company's expertise. Required Experience: Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches. Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector. Experience across the full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management. Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes. Ability to engage and influence senior clients effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications/Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields. At least 7 years of experience in business development or related areas within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors. Familiarity with healthcare regulation and market access requirements. Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. Willingness to travel as needed.
