This Position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, market share and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You’ll be responsible for sales in Italy working with main customers in Industry ( Metals, Water, Power Generation). Main stakeholders are: Oems and System Integrators. Key Responsabilities: - Reading technical specifications and prepare proposal for customer needs - Build and manage the commercial relationship with all stakeholders, with a specific focus on orders volume, product and solutions mix and take care of Customer Satisfaction. - Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers in order to develop own sales plan. - Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market/area. Qualifications: - 3 -5 years experience in Proposal & Sales activities - Degree in Engineering (Electrical, electromechanical) - Good knowhow about Medium Voltage Drives - Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships - Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce - Ability to understand customer’s need - Be a good team player What's in it for you: As a member of the ABB Group, you can expect an exciting and challenging job with an individually tailored introductory training.
