Analyze operational processes (cycle times, methods, and flows)Identify inefficiencies and improvement areasPropose and implement process optimization solutionsDefine and optimize work cycles and standard timesSupport the industrialization of new processes or manufacturing operationsOperational coordination of the personnel involved in the processesContribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Management Engineering or a similar technical backgroundStrong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientationProblem-solving skills with a hands-on approachGood communication skills and ability to work closely with technical teamsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience, even short-term, in manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with mechanical manufacturing processes and workshop operations
